What Is Luxcoach
Australia’s first Luxcoach is a bespoke experience that can be adapted to all types of events. We are revolutionising road travel as a luxury coach that seats 20 guests, with an on board cocktail bar, butler service, 50inch LCD TV, bluetooth sound system, powder room and toilet facilities. We are so much more than a limousine, we are a private cocktail bar taking you wherever you’d like to go.
Whether it’s a wine tour, Wedding, corporate function or simply just luxury travel to your next event, your experience begins from your doorstep. Because this is road travel that is focused on your journey, not just your destination.
Where We Started
Luxcoach is a small family run business that was started by Australian NBL Basketball legend, Darren Lucas and his daughter Tess. The concept of Luxcoach was created after searching in a sea of limousines and stretch hummers, there simply wasn’t anything out there that offered the same level of class and luxury as a private jet did but for road travel. Darren and Tess wanted to bridge the gap between destinations by creating a private cocktail bar that would take you wherever you’d like to go.
Their dream became a reality, launching the business in January 2020 and have since put their heart and soul into this business. Tess runs the business’s day to day, with her background in Marketing and PR. Together, Darren and Tess have built Luxcoach as a Father and Daughter dream team. Both are excited for Luxcoach to revolutionise road travel, into something that has never been seen before within this industry.
What’s Included
We seat a maximum of 20 passengers on board in a combination of 4 first class seats, and a commodious lounge area. All booking prices include:
• Butler service from our onboard cocktail bar
• 50 inch LCD TV and bluetooth sound system
• Up to 250kms worth of travel
• Powder room facilities
Your allocated hire time begins and ends from our terminal in Cheltenham, Victoria. Please see our hire schedule for more information on options of hire.
Onboard Cocktail Bar
We have a fully licensed cocktail bar on board. Allowing Luxcoach to be your own private venue! With a butler service to pour your drinks for the duration of your booking. Alcohol is an additional cost on board and works on consumption. Guests can purchase their drinks as they go via EFTPOS, or through a tab system. We have a set bar menu available on board
Additional Details
We simply take you wherever you’d like to go! All venue reservations are to be organised by our clients. However we will happily provide some example itineraries for your reference in how you can utilise your Luxcoach experience. Whether you would like to organise a wine tour, wedding, corporate function or simply just luxury travel to your next event, your experience starts from your doorstep.
